Odaily reported that Predict.fun has announced the launch of the "Predict Cup" for the 2026 World Cup, with a total prize pool of $2 million.

During the event, users can select up to 5 supported teams and earn Fan Points by participating in prediction markets related to match results, scores, goal numbers, and more. Users must hold a specified number of positions before the match starts and at the time of market settlement to earn the corresponding points.

Rewards will be distributed based on leaderboards at each stage, with the top 500 participants eligible for USDT rewards. The prize pool for each group in the group stage is $70,000; the Round of 32 prize pool is $25,000; the Round of 16 prize pool is $30,000; the quarter-finals prize pool is $40,000; the semi-finals prize pool is $50,000; and the final prize pool is $260,000.
